I recently ordered Sabudana Khichdi from Deepa’s Mess through Porter, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! The taste was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced flavors with the right texture. The quantity was also generous, making it a great value for money. Instead of spending a lot at expensive restaurants for snacks or fasting food, I highly recommend trying Deepa’s Mess. They serve authentic, homemade-style dishes that you’ll definitely love. Standing near the vaiduwadi bus stop, fishing ideas to go eat somewhere, and you decide to take a stroll and end up here. Hygienic and ghar like food. You can see the aunties roasting the rotis for you. I got myself their mini thali, which was really nice, and my friend got himself a plate of Pav Bhaji. From my mini thali, I loved the roti and vegetable curry. Rice was a little uncooked according to my tastes. But that area doesn't have many options, and this one was a total surprise for me. I had a good time. 👍🏻 ☺️

I’ve been a loyal customer of Deepa’s Mess for over 10 years, and it’s my go-to place for homemade food. Their thalis, parathas, snacks, and sweets are incredibly authentic and flavorful. The place is very hygienic, with both seating and takeaway options available. I especially love their specials, particularly the Gujarati and Maharashtrian dishes like dhokla, khandvi, dabeli, ukadiche modak, aluwadi, puran poli, and more. What stands out the most for me is their consistency—Deepa’s Mess never disappoints. A special thanks to Deepa Bhabhi and Punit Bhai for serving such authentic and delicious food. Truly a gem for homemade food lovers!

I've personally tried their Methi Theplas, Aloo Parathas, Unlimited Thali, and Mango Lassi, and every single item was absolutely amazing. The mango lassi, especially, is a must-try—rich, refreshing, and incredibly satisfying. What I love most is the variety of options they offer while still maintaining that homemade taste. Their unlimited thali is wholesome and filling, and despite eating so much, the pricing is extremely reasonable and value for money. The place itself is small, peaceful, and quiet, making it perfect for enjoying a meal without the usual crowd and noise. Their attention to detail is impressive too—they provide accompaniments like achar, salt, sugar, chaat masala, and more, which really enhances the overall dining experience. I've also ordered their Methi Theplas and Aloo Parathas multiple times through Zomato, and the packaging has always been excellent. The way they pack and serve the curd, butter, and achar shows genuine care and thoughtfulness. Whether you're looking for healthy homemade food, great taste, generous portions, or affordable prices, Deepa's Mess is definitely worth trying. Visited here to have lunch, it is one of the oldest place where we can get homemade pure veg meal. We ordered as following : Per plate 1. Veg Thali (Unlimited) at 150/- 2. Methi Paratha at 90/- 3. Aloo Paratha at 130/- 4. Tawa Pulao at 150/- 5. Pav Bhaji at 120/- 6. Pav Jodi at 20/- 7. Water Bottle at 20/- Freshly prepared food options are available here. If you are looking for good food in affordable prices then this is the place to visit. You can’t see a large menu option like other hotel, but limited items which are available for limited time. Can’t decide about which one is the best because all of them are good in taste. Must try, if you are in Hadapsar.
